74 m² room in Groningen

From August 1st, I am looking for a new roommate for this nice house on the Helper Brink. The bedroom is approximately 9m2, at the front side of the house. Together we share the living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom, and toilet (about 60m2 in total). The house is located in the beautiful Helpman and is about a 10-minute bike ride from the city center.
