32 m² room in Enschede

Hey house hunters, We are a cozy student house of 6 students, 4 men and 2 women, all between 18 and 25 years old. One of our housemates (a man) is leaving, so we are looking for a new housemate again (preferably also female to restore the balance) :) The room is available from May 1st. It concerns a room of 17m2 and an extra room of 13m2, so two rooms :) There is a shared living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.
