3 room apartment in Nederland

I am offering a flat in a new-build development on the 4th floor, with a lift, in Amsterdam-Noord. It is a social housing property with 2 rooms, an open-plan kitchen and an extra small room that I created myself. The rent is €703 per month. I am looking for a social housing family home with at least 3 bedrooms, located in a child-friendly neighbourhood.
