3 room apartment in Amsterdam

Hello everyone. I have a 2-bedroom apartment that is finally ready to rent out. A lease can be short-term or long-term. Couples and students are mostly allowed, but I'm open to anyone. Rent is $900; additional fees are added to the rent. Includes all utilities, easy access to the campus, pet-friendly, water, electricity, WiFi, laundry, heater/AC, washer and dryer, remodeled bathroom, fully furnished unless you need us to move some furniture out. No crime in the area. Terms are very negotiable; it's fine if you'd like to move in with someone.
