Dear prospective housemates, Because one of our housemates will be leaving soon, we are looking for a new housemate for our home on Beatrijsstraat as of 24 February. The supermarket and tram stop are just around the corner, and you're in the city centre within 10 minutes from the house. The room that becomes available is on the first floor, is about 25 m2 (with a small balcony) and costs €530 per month including utilities (approx. €400 after housing benefit).
