25 m² room in Enschede

We are going to have a student house on the outskirts of Gronau, 8km from the center of Enschede. We are looking for young people who like living outside the city with a large garden. The house can accommodate 4 people. Shared basement, kitchen, bathroom, utility room, and garden. Possibly a workshop shed available. We live next door ourselves (a family with 2 children). There is plenty of space for artistic or musical students. Let us know if you're interested. Available from August 1st.
