24 m² room in Apeldoorn

We have made the room available on the 2nd floor of our house. We have a perfect location relative to the center and all amenities are nearby. Station is a 10-minute walk, 5 minutes by bike. You share the bathroom and kitchen with a female housemate. Therefore, we are looking for a tenant of the female gender. Unfortunately, exceptions are not possible.
