22 m² room in Groningen

From February a room of about 22 m2 will become available (with a minimum one-year contract, so shorter than a year is not possible) in our house on the Paterswoldseweg. The rent will probably be around €550, but this could still change. The house is within walking distance of the station and the Stadspark. Six of us live here (ages 21–24).
