21 m² room in Groningen

Hello peoplezz! I'm subletting my room from 1st of October until April/May 2027. The room is rather big I would say, ~20-22m² with its own sink and a lot of storage space. The window frames are new, only 4 months since their installation. They keep the room warm during winter and cold during heat waves (for real). The house is shared with 3 other super friendly people.
