I am looking to rent out a room for students that is part of a 4 person town house in Utrecht (Hondsrug 198, 3524BV, Lunetten; in between the Lunetten Winkelcentrum and Lunetten bus/sprinter stop) for a year long contract starting in September. The room is 20m2 and fully furnished, and the rent is €1200 p.m. including utilities.
