20 m² room in Maastricht

Hello room-seeking master's student/worker, From February 1st (possible slightly earlier) two rooms will become available in our lovely house on Burgemeester Cortenstraat, for an indefinite period. Room 1 (ground floor) is 20 m2 and has a sliding door to the outside. The room is unfurnished and costs €545 per month (incl. gas/water/electricity).
