20 m² room in Amsterdam

The current tenant will briefly leave the room to enjoy the summer holidays and therefore the room will be available during the months of July and August. The house is located in De Pijp, within walking distance of the Albert Cuyp metro station. I currently live here together with my brother and to cover costs we would like to rent out one of the rooms. The location of the house is good and the room also offers enough privacy.
