Hi folks, Good day. I’m looking to fill a 20sqm semi-studio room in a well-situated apartment on Marnixstraat, Amsterdam. The room is €1126.5 per month and available from February 1, 2026. Monthly utilities (~€246) are additional, covering energy/water, internet, and a washing machine subscription, split between two tenants.
