2 room apartment in Rotterdam

You to Almere Buiten, me to the Amsterdam area (cities a maximum of 50 minutes' drive from Amsterdam). I have (40 m²) 1 bedroom, 1 living room and a separate kitchen. My apartment is on the 3rd floor. I have two different entrances. Main entrance without a lift but the other one does have a lift (up to the 2nd floor). 5 minutes' walk to the shopping center and 7–8 minutes to the train station. Free parking. My rent is €677. Quiet neighbors and area. I would rather not have it more than 50 minutes.
