18 m² room in Delft

Subtenant wanted! (M/F) Hi! From July to December (exact date negotiable) we are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful house on Spieringstraat! A room will temporarily become available in our house, close to the center of Delft, right next to the Oostpoort. The room available is approximately 18 m², (partially) furnished (we can discuss what works best) and the rent is around €530. The house has a chill common room, a spacious room, and not unimportantly, two fun student houses as neighbors! So there is always someone to hang out with....
