18 m² room in Amsterdam

Hi! Looking for a subletter from July 2nd - September (exact date can be discussed, end of september max). Room at Uilenstede: - 18 m2 in total, incl. private bathroom and balcony. - 13th floor (so nice view!). Shared kitchen and living room - €550 p/month The photos are a bit cluttered with stuff, I will make a lot more space:) Also, I have a lot of plants, if those make you happy I will keep them there but I can also give them temporary homes. If you happen to be a first-year VU student in september, big chances for an extension!
