18 m² room in Amsterdam

I´m looking for a person to take over my room in an amazing, spacious house in Amsterdam. The room is available starting beginning of December, and is on lease until August (extension possible, no registration). The rent is 1000€/ month (all incl.). We are looking for someone preferably 18-25 years old, someone who is tidy and respects our shared spaces.
