Studio with a private bathroom and private kitchen. Cooking is done using an educational hob, and hot water is supplied by a private boiler. The studios have their own water and electricity meters. There is also a shared kitchen (10 m²), adjoining the courtyard (60 m²), where residents can spend time together and store their bicycles. Everything is finished to a high, modern standard.
