16 m² room in Rotterdam

Dear men looking for a room, Starting July 1st, a room is available in our house on Nieuwe Binnenweg and we are looking for a third housemate. It is a room of 16 m2. The rent is 800 excluding utilities. The house consists of two floors and has a shared furnished kitchen and bathroom. Registration is not immediately possible. You have Rotterdam Central Station 10 minutes by bike and there is a record store around the corner. We are both finishing our studies/starting to work.
