16 m² room in Netherland

I am looking for a nice, relaxed housemate to share this house with starting in April. The house is in Utrecht, a 5-minute walk from Central Station. It’s a cozy, characterful 1930s house in the Dichterswijk with three floors. The house is approximately 90 m2 and the room is 16 m2. I’m looking for someone with whom it’s nice to occasionally eat together, have a coffee on the stoop or on the balcony in the sun, and who also likes to give each other space and respect each other’s rhythms.
