16 m² room in Groningen

Hello everyone, A room will be available from March 8 in our terraced house in Vinkhuizen. The room is 16 m2 (it also has a sink that is not shown in this photo) and the rent is €450 plus €60 for utilities (gas/water/electricity). There are six of us in total; the kitchen is shared by five. There are two toilets, a dishwasher, and a (paved) garden where you can sit and enjoy yourself in spring and summer.
