15 m² room in Nijmegen

Hi dear student looking for a room (m/f/x) (21+) From the end of July/beginning of August (exact date to be determined) we are looking for a new roommate on the Marialaan! It concerns a room of approximately 15 m2 for an indefinite period. The rent is 584 including utilities and with a dishwasher(!) (+ one-time takeover fee of 250 euros, for wardrobe and chest of drawers). It is only a 5-minute walk to the station, 7 minutes to the city center, 3 minutes rolling back home, and 15 minutes to HAN/university. Oh yes, the Jumbo supermarket is ...
