14 m² room in Utrecht

A room of approximately 14.5 m2 for rent, on the second floor of an upstairs apartment, on Vleutenseweg. Between Majellapark and Lombok. I offer a quiet place for one person, with privacy and little interference. I am the only other resident of the house. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and hallway are shared. The house is comfortable and equipped with basic amenities. It is sometimes just a bit messy.
