I’m looking to subrent my room whilst I’m on exchange from July-January (end date 29/30 January), it has a large double bed, desk, desk chair, furniture etc. It has a balcony attached too (in the winter it needs sweeping maybe once a week). It’s in an apartment shared with one other person. There is a shared kitchen/living room space, shared WC, and shared shower room.
