12 m² room in Groningen

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take my room from the 1st of July as I'll be leaving the country for my master's studies. The room is 7 minutes by bike from Zernike campus and around 15 minutes to the city center. Lidl, Jumbo, and AH shops are very close! In total, there are 6 rooms in the house, but one of them has its own kitchen. The house is very international and everyone here is really friendly and warm! Registration is possible, and the landlord preferably would like to sign a contract with someone who will be staying at least 1 yea...
