The room is 12 m² and comes with a built-in closet and a loft bed, which provides a lot of extra space. Rent for this room is €420 per month, utilities included. We share a kitchen and a shower, and we have a spacious common room. We also have a lovely roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun in summer!
