We live opposite BUas, within walking distance of Albert Heijn and Kruidvat, and less than a 10-minute bike ride from the city center. It is a lovely, bright room of 11.5 m² with its own small balcony. The rent will probably be around €612 per month, including utilities. You would live with three fun girls aged 19/20.
