12 m² room in Amsterdam

Looking for a roomate, move in asap We’re renting a room for 1000€/month. You’d share the apartment with two female working students from Spain. For now, we’re renting May 15- August 31, with a possible to extend if everything goes smoothly. Utilizes excluded (we calculate about 30€/ per person a month). The apartment is super close to the center and a 10 minute bike ride to UvA. Registration is not possible due to dutch laws. The room has a balcony and the apartment has sea view.
