Hi all! One of my housemates is moving out and we are looking for a replacement starting January 2026, registration possible. Rent is EUR 1,100 for these 2 rooms (Yes, 2 - Furniture not included). Looking for working professionals and non-smokers only + extra helpful if you speak Dutch (to help us navigate the system...) This will be in a 2-storey house shared with me and one other guy; but we essentially have our own spaces with a shared kitchen. We're close to Rembrantpark/Vondelpark, nearby supermarket.
