Dear room seeking GIRLS! (Internationals welcome, 20+) Starting the 1st of July a room will become available in our flat. The room is around 11m2, with a large window (that gets the sun all day around) and a built-in closet. The rent is currently €445 including gas/water/electricity but this can change according to the landlord's wishes. The wifi is paid separately and it’s €9.5 per person.
