11 m² room in Nijmegen

Dear female room-seekers (21+)! At the beginning of January a room will become available. Viewing evening on Dec 9. You can respond until Sunday :) Our little house is located on Oude Koningstraat — nice and close to the Waalkade, and you’re also quickly in the city. The HAN/university is only about a 15-minute bike ride away and you can get to the station within 5 minutes. The room is approximately 11 m² and will cost €380 including gas/water/electricity (+ €5 per month for Wi‑Fi). There may be costs for taking over items, to be discussed...
