11 m² room in Amsterdam

Hi everyone, As of February 1 I am looking for a housemate for a room in Amsterdam East, in the Indische Buurt (1095 JA). The room is approximately 11 m² and has a private balcony of about 2 m². The apartment has a total area of 64 m², and from February 1 I will be the only other occupant. The room is furnished. The apartment has a separate bathroom and toilet.
