10 m² room in Nijmegen

Dear room seekers (Dutch only, sorry), Since one of us is leaving the house, a room will be available from July (exact date to be agreed upon). Our house is located about 10/15 minutes by bike to both the city center and HAN and Radboud University, and you can be in the middle of Goffertpark within 5 minutes! (The bike path next to our house takes you in a straight line to the city, handy for late nights :)) It is an attic room and costs you 457 euros per month (in addition to the rent there is a one-time deposit). The room has its own sink....
