10 m² room in Groningen

Starting September 1, we are looking for a new housemate (24+)! The room is 10 m², has laminate flooring, and costs €415 per month, including utilities. The apartment also has an 80 m² garden and a shared kitchen and shower. You would be living in a house with three guys aged 23, 25, and 28.
