10 m² room in Enschede

This room is available in apartment at Hengelo, Stationsplein 10. That is in the city center near Albert Heijn and Lidl and it is in front of the central train and bus station. 15 minutes by bike to the University of Twente. Registration is possible. It is a 3 person apartment, me and my friend are studying Computer Science in the Universty of Twente and we are looking for another student to join us. We will all be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and the spatious living room.The rent is 450 euros including bills and the deposit is 600 euros.
