10 m² room in Amsterdam

I am posting to announce that I will be vacating my room on January 1st; it will be available for long-term rental. The room is located in Ilpendam, a 10-minute bus or night-bus ride from Noord station. The rent is €800 per month, with a deposit of the same amount, which will be returned at the end of the tenancy.
