The house is fully occupied, within walking distance to Zuid station, tram in front of the building, various restaurants and shops, short distance to Erasmus Bridge. In the room – curtains worth 600 euros, flooring installed, plus an IKEA bed, you are overlooking the inner garden. Registration possible after 4-6 months of stay.
