1 room house in Eindhoven

My mother-in-law passed away in November. She rented a room to this elderly, respectable 82-year-old gentleman. The house must be sold, so we are looking for a room for this gentleman. It will probably be for a period of less than 2 years, because he plans to move elsewhere eventually. Who will help him find a room? ("Te huur gevraagd" in Dutch means "looking to rent" in English. So, we don't have a room to rent!)
