1 room house in Amsterdam

Immediately, I am looking for a neat, working lady. The room is furnished with a single bed, a 4-door wardrobe, dressing table with mirrors, and TV. The room is not very big but still very warm and relaxing. PLEASE, GENTLEMEN DO NOT RESPOND!!!! The city center is a 5-minute walk away, the metro is 5 minutes away, and the bus stops in front of the door. There are schools, the Arena, theater, restaurants, coffee bars, many things to name. Beef and pork are not allowed. Working from home is not possible. The rent is €900 without registration.
